Do prices include revisions?
Strategy phase includes unlimited revisions until we align on direction. Design phase includes two revision rounds. Additional rounds billed hourly at $200.

What if scope changes mid-project?
We document scope clearly at project start. Changes require written approval and adjusted timeline/budget. We're flexible but transparent.

Do you work with startups?
Yes, if you value strategic foundation. We work with companies at any stage—seed to Series C to established—as long as you understand branding is investment, not expense.

Can we start with one service and add more later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with strategy, then add visual identity once positioning is clear. We recommend this approach.
