Brand Strategist

About the Role

We're looking for a strategist who understands that brand isn't decoration—it's competitive positioning made visible. You'll work directly with clients navigating identity transformation. Research. Positioning. Messaging architecture. Everything that happens before a single pixel gets designed.

What you need

  • 3-5 years experience in brand strategy, consulting, or related field

  • Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and client outcomes

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Comfort with ambiguity and complex business challenges

  • Understanding of design (you don't need to design, but you need to understand how strategy becomes visual)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

What you'll do

  • Lead brand positioning and strategy projects

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research

  • Develop messaging frameworks and value propositions

  • Present strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders

  • Collaborate with design team on strategic implementation

  • Guide clients through transformation process
