Brand Strategist
About the Role
We're looking for a strategist who understands that brand isn't decoration—it's competitive positioning made visible. You'll work directly with clients navigating identity transformation. Research. Positioning. Messaging architecture. Everything that happens before a single pixel gets designed.
What you need
3-5 years experience in brand strategy, consulting, or related field
Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and client outcomes
Strong presentation and communication skills
Comfort with ambiguity and complex business challenges
Understanding of design (you don't need to design, but you need to understand how strategy becomes visual)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
What you'll do
Lead brand positioning and strategy projects
Conduct competitive analysis and market research
Develop messaging frameworks and value propositions
Present strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders
Collaborate with design team on strategic implementation
Guide clients through transformation process
