Design Technologist
About the Role
You bridge design and implementation. You build design systems that work in production—not just in Figma. Components. Documentation. Implementation guidelines. You ensure what we design actually ships and scales.
What you need
3-5 years experience building design systems
Strong understanding of React, Vue, or similar frameworks
Experience with design tools (Figma) and code
Portfolio showing both design and technical work
Understanding of design principles and implementation constraints
GitHub portfolio required
What you'll do
Build production-ready design systems
Develop component libraries (Figma + code)
Create design tokens and specifications
Write documentation for developers
Implement design systems in client codebases
Train client teams on system usage and governance
What you bring
