Visual Designer

About the Role

We build identity systems, not just logos. Typography. Grid systems. Systematic design that works at scale. You'll design visual identities for companies navigating transformation. Every decision needs rationale. Every component needs to work within a larger system.

What you need

  • 4-6 years experience in brand design or visual identity

  • Portfolio showing system-level thinking (not just individual logos)

  • Deep understanding of typography, grid systems, color theory

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience presenting and defending design work

  • Understanding that good design needs good strategy

What you'll do

  • Design complete visual identity systems

  • Develop typography systems and hierarchies

  • Create modular design systems that scale

  • Build brand guidelines and documentation

  • Present work to clients and defend design decisions

  • Collaborate with strategists on visual expression of positioning
